We teach beginners and train athletes. We build confidence in nervous first-timers and refine technique in competent swimmers. However old you are, whatever level you’re at, Swimming Nature can help.
By combining highly structured modular lesson plans, small class sizes and hands-on, in-water instructor attention, we ensure you or your child makes rapid and visible progress.
Not only do we emphasise the mechanics of the four strokes, but we teach the how, why and what behind effortless, energy-efficient swimming, so with Swimming Nature, you’ll swim faster, better and in harmony with your body.
COVID-19 Measures
You will see at Holiday Inn Kensington that Covid -19 measures have been introduced in line with guidance from our governing bodies. These are measure have been added for the safety of our pupils, staff and visitors. We are ask that the changes are respected and adhered and we thank you in advance for your co-operation.
Customer visitor numbers: There will be a limit of 1 carer per child allowed.
Pupil preparation: Please arrive pool ready. The changing rooms are not in use.
Arrival at venue: Please arrive at reception and make yourself known and that you are here for you swimming lesson. You will not be asked to sign in, in the event of a Track and trace scenario all contact details are held by Swimming Nature. We ask that you regularly clean your hands while you are at the venue. Hand sanitiser stations are located outside the entrance and inside reception. There will be a temperature check at poolside taken by the teacher. If a pupil or guardian displays a temperature of more than 37.5 degrees, then they must leave immediately and contact Swimming Nature for further advice. We ask that you are prompt and make their way to poolside for lessons. There is a maximum capacity of 9 people in Reception only. Whilst in public areas face masks must be worn. If you do not have one, they can be purchased obtained from the Spa reception. Unfortunately, lost property will not be kept and is disposed of daily. We encourage everyone to check they have their belongings before they leave.
Journey around the building: The journey around the building has not changed but changing some areas are now out of use. Swimmers must come ready to swim and have pre showered if possible.
Changing rooms layout and rules. Changing rooms are not in use and towel hire has stopped. There are also no showers available at this venue. Due to the changing rooms being out of this means that hair dryers, hand dryers and lockers are out of use. Customers can dry off on poolside in the designated area.
Poolside: The pool is accessed via Reception. Poolside viewing is no longer allowed at the Holiday Inn. Pupils must be dropped off at the beginning of the lesson and collected at the end. Pupils must wait outside the pool hall for the previous lesson to disembark the pool and make their way to drying off area before entering. Parents are permitted to wait upstairs in the cafe once the lesson has started. Entry and exit of the pool is from the same place, pupils must wait and be called to the pool by their teacher. Entry and exit will be undertaken one at a time whilst always maintaining social distance
