The Programme Through a series of planned activities we will help you and your baby feel comfortable together in the water. This provides a foundation for further swimming instruction as he or she gets older. We provide classes up to a maximum of 8 baby-parent couples per class (10 in Knightsbridge). Each session lasts 30 minutes and takes place in a pool with an ambient temperature of at least 30°C. Our rolling enrolment programme allows for you and your baby to join classes any week during the year. |

The Benefits A water-based exercise for babies has been shown to offer multiple benefits including strengthened cardio-respiratory function, improved appetite and stable sleeping patterns. Our instructors also encourage parents to be as proactive as possible in reassuring and guiding their child during swimming, strengthening the bond between parent and child. |

Personal Coaching Most of our adult students opt for personal one-to-one lessons so that they can improve their swimming ability in much the same way as many adults improve their fitness workouts by using a personal coach in the gym. This allows for the instructor to really focus on your specific needs. It also means that you can be yourself, expressing any fears you have openly with your instructor, rather than being concerned or embarrassed about what others might think! Classes in pairs and small groups are also available if you would prefer to learn with others. |
