| Male and Female changing rooms with showers located on the bottom floor. Lockers require a padlock. You can bring your own or purchase one at reception at a one off cost of £10. | ||||||||||

| The entrance to the building is located on Pelham Street. The club is designed over three floors with the reception at ground level and the pool two floors down. There are stairs leading to each floor and a lift is located behind reception. All clients must sign in and out at reception. | ||||||||||

| Please meet your teacher by the entrance to the poolside through the changing rooms. Overshoes must be worn if you are on the poolside. | ||||||||||

| Please note that there is limited space on the poolside and you are requested to sit only in the designated area provided for the duration of the lesson. | ||||||||||

| Please note that owing to the limited space inside the club, we request that you leave your pushchair at home. If you need to bring it with you, please fold it away and then it can be placed in the designated area. Please be aware that La Fitness operates a swimming hat policy. You can buy these from Swimming Nature at a cost of £ 6.50 or bring your own. Please bring your own towel. |
