We teach beginners and train athletes. We build confidence in nervous first-timers and refine technique in competent swimmers. However old you are, whatever level you’re at, Swimming Nature can help.
By combining highly structured modular lesson plans, small class sizes and hands-on, in-water instructor attention, we ensure you or your child makes rapid and visible progress.
Not only do we emphasise the mechanics of the four strokes, but we teach the how, why and what behind effortless, energy-efficient swimming, so with Swimming Nature, you’ll swim faster, better and in harmony with your body.
Covid-19 – Customer Instructions: Radisson Red Heathrow.
You will see at the Radisson Red Heathrow that Covid -19 measures have been introduced in line with guidance from our governing bodies. These are measure have been added for the safety of our pupils, staff and visitors. We ask that the changes are respected and adhered, and we thank you in advance for your co-operation.
Customer visitor numbers: There will be a limit of 1 carer per child allowed. Face masks must be worn at all times. You will be required to check in on the NHS Track and Trace App.
Pupil preparation: Please arrive pool ready. The changing room showers are not in use.
Arrival at venue: You will need to check in on the NHS Track and Trace App as you enter the hotel. Once in the Health Club reception you will need to sign in and you will be given a locker key if you ned one. No temperature check taken at reception. Customers that present any of Covid-19 symptoms must not coming to lessons. Entrance to the club will be denied if customers are presenting Covid-19 symptoms
Only 1 Parent allowed to stay during class times, no additional family members or company allowed on poolside during class times. Please arrive a maximum of 10 minutes prior to your class starting. If visitors are waiting by poolside the health club team will ask them to move to a hotel public area to comply with 2 metre social distance. Face masks are required to be worn throughout the club and hotel.
Journey around the building: Sanitising stations are available. One is situated at the club entrance just before reception and one next to our water fountain. Sanitising spray and wipes are also available close to sanitising station. There is now a one system in place around the club. It is sign posted and social distancing must be followed throughout your visit. Lost property will not be kept at Park Inn, we ask that you check that you have all your belongings before you leave. Club access will be through the hotel main entrance as before. The Hotel and Health club has a one-way system in place which allow us to keep the desired social distance.
Changing rooms layout and rules. Changing rooms are in use but showers are unavailable.
Lockers keys are to be collected from the reception use and returned the key once finished. Showers in the female and male changing rooms are not available. Swimmers can use the shower on the pool side before getting into the pool. The toilet areas are in use in the changing rooms.
Poolside: You must wear shoe covers available in the changing area before entering the pool area. A maximum of 1 viewer to enter the poolside at the time and assist to the swimming lesson if required.
After two sessions with Beatrice, my fears have been replaced with calm, controlled love of being in the water, and I have actually begun to swim
