We teach beginners and train athletes. We build confidence in nervous first-timers and refine technique in competent swimmers. However old you are, whatever level you’re at, Swimming Nature can help.
By combining highly structured modular lesson plans, small class sizes and hands-on, in-water instructor attention, we ensure you or your child makes rapid and visible progress.
Not only do we emphasise the mechanics of the four strokes, but we teach the how, why and what behind effortless, energy-efficient swimming, so with Swimming Nature, you’ll swim faster, better and in harmony with your body.
You will see at Muswell Hill that we have introduced Covid -19 measures in line with guidance from our governing bodies. The pool hall.
Viewing is restricted, parents of pupils over the age of six are not permitted to view on poolside. Pupils must be dropped off and collected at the end of their lesson. At reception you will have your temperature taken. You will then be asked to sit at a designated table and if needed you can change in the cubicles. We ask that social distancing in the building is always observed. Additionally, you will see that there are no hairdryers available. There are also no hand dryers available, but paper towels may be used.
Pupils must wait at their table until called by their teacher. Please access the pool by following the one way system marked on the floor in and out pool of door. After lessons pupils can be collected from the showers. You can return to the cubicles to change if needed and we ask that towels are not shaken off on the premises. You will also notice some slight changes in our teaching methods. These are aimed at ensuring social distancing and reducing the risk of infection.
Leaving the pool
Take all your personal belongings with you. Unfortunately, we can no longer keep lost property. We ask that you use the hand cleaning stations to sanitise as you leave. Please do not congregate on the journey form the pool to the open area outside. We must avoid standing in groups.
