We teach beginners and train athletes. We build confidence in nervous first-timers and refine technique in competent swimmers. However old you are, whatever level you’re at, Swimming Nature can help.
By combining highly structured modular lesson plans, small class sizes and hands-on, in-water instructor attention, we ensure you or your child makes rapid and visible progress.
Not only do we emphasise the mechanics of the four strokes, but we teach the how, why and what behind effortless, energy-efficient swimming, so with Swimming Nature, you’ll swim faster, better and in harmony with your body.
You will see at The Lensbury Club that Covid -19 measures have been introduced in line with guidance from our governing bodies. These are measure have been added for the safety of our pupils, staff and visitors. We are ask that the changes are respected and adhered and we thank you in advance for your co-operation.
Customer visitor numbers: There will be a limit of 1 carer per child allowed in Lockside. Poolside viewing is no longer allowed at the Lensbury Club.
Pupil preparation: As per Swim England guidelines, please arrive pool ready for your swimming lesson. This is to reduce the time spent tin the changing rooms. The showers are not in use.
Arrival at The Lensbury Club: Your temperature will be checked at reception by Lensbury staff and if over 37 degrees, will be asked to leave. You must call Swimming Nature immediately if this is the case. Hand sanitiser stations are located at reception. There is also a hand sanitising stations throughout the club.
You will be required to wear face masks are while inside the building, but they can be removed when outside on the grounds. Lost property is being kept at the venue, but we ask all customers to check they have all their belongings before they leave. Pupils for swimming lesson will also have to check in to the Lockside reception for their swimming lesson. Once checked in they can make their way to the changing rooms.
Journey around the building: The journey through the members reception has not changed but social distancing must always be maintained.
Lockside is now has a one-way entry and exit route. You must enter at the reception desk and leave via the ground floor fire exit by the changing rooms. If you are inside the building, you must wear a face mask.
Changing rooms layout and rules. Changing rooms are in use but there are no showers available. The changing rooms are for the purpose of towelling down and drying off only. We encourage all pupils to pre shower at home.
The pool must be accessed via the male or female changing room. The family changing room is closed. Lockers are available but are reduced in quantity. We ask that valuables and personal belongings are always kept with you.
The Hair Dryers are not in use in the changing rooms. Blue over shoes must always be worn on poolside.
Poolside: Poolside viewing is no longer allowed. The swimming lesson lanes are now on the window side of the pool. Pupils must be dropped off for their lesson and picked up at the end. The pool is accessed via the male or female changing room. Social distancing must be observed whilst in the changing rooms and on
