1. If you are booking a course for children, use our interactive Find Your Level tool. Otherwise call us and one of our team experts will help place you in the correct level based on a series of simple telephone questions.

2. Find a suitable Swimming Nature venue by visiting our Locations Page.

3. Know when you would like to swim; we do have lessons on most, if not all days but many of the ‘prime time’ slots go quickly so call early to avoid disappointment. By having a number of days and times available when you call we will be able to search and recommend the best space for your lesson. Please note that owing to our specialised booking system, we will ALWAYS find a space available for you to swim.
