Whatever your age or swimming ability, we can teach you to be a confident, effortless swimmer.
According to the National Curriculum, children need to swim 25 metres by 11 years old. Swimming Nature data shows that most students on average can swim 25 metres in a recognised stroke (front or back crawl) by the age of six.
Swimming Nature also aims to develop children who can make a worthwhile contribution to society whilst leading fit and healthy lives. This is because our programmes:
- Encourage a life-long habit of swimming for sport and recreation
- Develop their balance, rhythm, timing and co-ordination
- Improve fitness, concentration skills, co-ordination and self-confidence.
Our programmes are regularly reviewed and revised by the company founder working with biomechanical and educational experts in sport.
