1st June 2007 Clients at the Regents Park facility located at the Francis Holland Girls School will be pleased to hear that the school are planning significant pool area refurbishment over the summer holidays. Whilst this does mean the autumn term at the centre will be 12 weeks instead of 14, the changes will be welcomes by staff and client alike. Tiago Esteves, London Area manager says “the facility has always been very popular, but with some recent closures meaning that we have had to cancel a couple of lessons this term, the works being carried out and the refurbishment alongside will hopefully mean that the autumn term will see a fresh start at the facility”. Whilst official plans are yet to be disclosed, Swimming Nature understands that the pool underground pumps are to be replaced with brand new stainless steel ones, and in addition the pool area and changing rooms are to be given a facelift.
